The SPCA of York County is focusing on a major effort to reduce the feral cat population in York County. An SPCA training for the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program will be coming up on March 24 at the York County SPCA. Decreasing this population is going to require the public’s help and the more people educated the quicker this initiative will see results.
